Leontin received his PhD from HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management, where he worked as a Research Associate at the Center for Leading Innovation & Cooperation (CLIC). His research fields are open innovation, co-creation and mass customization in the B2B high-tech domain. Since 2015, he has managed two mass customization projects within the large-scale initiative futureTEX, funded by the BMBF. In this context, Leontin focused on co-creating high-tech products and on the cross-organizational development of customized offerings via novel IT systems.
Leontin holds a M.A. from Leipzig University, where he majored in Intercultural Management and Translation Studies. During his studies at Heidelberg University and ISIT Paris, he gained professional experience in the field of internationalization, working for a German multinational company in France and French startups.
